Dr. Sunita Singh Sengupta is the Founder & Honorary Convener of ISOL Foundation, ISOL Research Foundation and ISOL Global Foundation. She is currently a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India. Prior to this she worked for about 10 years as an Associate Professor in the Behavioural Sciences Group at Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. She is a recipient of many distinguished awards including Homi Bhabha Fellowship. Dr. Singh Sengupta is the Founder Editor of two bi-annual international journals, i.e, International Journal on Spirituality and Organizational Leadership and International Journal on Vedic Foundations of Management. Her areas of research includes Vedic Foundations of Indian Management, Creative Intelligence and Intuition, Energy Based Leadership Styles; Creating Energy at Workplace; Neuro psychological Bases of Triguna, to name a few. An author of 25 books and more than four dozen articles in national and international journals of repute she is a widely traveled scholar and has lectured in various universities and business schools in different parts of the USA, Europe and the UK.

Dr. J.L.Raina is a Chemical Engineer from Jadavpur University and has with him rich experience of over 40 years in the petroleum industry at top management level. He served as the Secretary General & CEO to PETROTECH Society. Prior to joining PETROTECH Dr. Raina was Pro-vice Chancellor of University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. He has been recipient of several awards from industry and other associations. Currently he is Chairman, ISOL Foundation.

Shri Krishna KumarMb studies on the scientific faculties of the Vedas, developed the numerico –alphabetic resonance system, identical to the expression of the genes. He elucidated the Astronomical derivations of Gayatri and its applications to derive the information content of the Vedas. Currently working on the emission of certain frequencies and its impact on the weather conditions which is an offshoot of the Vedic system.

Dr. Ramnath Narayanswamy is a Professor in the Economics and Social Sciences Area in the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His areas of interest include Business and Society, Economic Reforms in Transition Economies (India and China), Spirituality and Self Development and Leadership Development, Outsourcing and Creativity and Innovation.His latest book on Growing Leaders (co-authored) is likely to be released in 2016. He is also completing a volume on Management Insights from Indian Spirituality: Investigations from the Epics for Managers.

Shri Sandeep Mishra is Special Secretary (Urban Development), Delhi Government. A scientist from IIT Kanpur, a Management Graduate from FMS and Master of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota, he is a civil servant by profession. He served as Private Secretary to Delhi Chief Minister for over eight years.He is a keen learner and researcher whose work has been published in national and international journals. He is widely traveled to USA, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, UAE, Nepal, Brazil and Japan.

Dr. Rajat Agrawal is a member of faculty (Associate Professor) at Department of Management Studies, associate faculty at Center of Excellence for Disaster Mitigation and Management and Center of Excellence for Transportation Management, IIT Roorkee. He administers various initiatives of IIT Roorkee in the field of IPR, incubation and entrepreneurship in different capacities. He has co-authored a book titled “Masters Speak: Management Education in India” published by Bloomsbury India Publications. He received Best Teacher Dainik Bhaskar National Education Leadership Awards-2013. He was also awarded ISOL Research Award 2015 at 5th International conference at Chicago USA.

Shri Shuvendu Majumder is a HR Professional with special attention to Education, Training & Development and Community Services and presently visiting faculty of Calcutta University and other leading Institutes of the State. Project guide of Vivekananda Institute of Bio Technology, Nimpith and Karya India Pvt. Ltd. Formerly regular Faculty Member of Centre for Management Studies, VISVA BHARATI, Santiniketan (A Central University). Being a student of Ramakrishna Mission attracted to the Philosophy of Sri Ramakrishna and Vivekananda and attached in different services of Ramakrishna Mission for more than 25 years as volunteer.
